Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, e mail or over the Internet. CANCELLATION RIGHTS POLICY If you are not happy with, or have ordered to incorrect goods, you have the right to cancel your order within eight working days of receiving your order, "cooling off period".
All you have to do is return the goods in the condition they were supplied. The return postage will have to be paid by you the customer. On receipt of the goods we will refund the purchase price and original carriage. STATUTORY RIGHTS This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
